Port Blair, July 20: For the June-2022 Term End Examination of the India Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has uploaded the Exam Hall Tickets at www.ignou.ac.in.  All the examinees of Andaman & Nicobar Islands are advised to download the Hall Ticket immediately. 

Port Blair, July 20: The website link at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) site www.ignou.ac.in is open to pay the Re-Registration fee for July, 2022 session. In IGNOU, the Re-registration is the process of payment of fees for the subsequent year of study for a particular academic programme. The students are advised to log on to IGNOU site for timely payment of their 2nd year or 3rd year fees. Similarly BCA, MCA students are advised to pay the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semester fees through online. The last date of online Re-Registration is extended upto 31st July, 2022.

25,435 beneficiaries in the age group of 12 to 14 years administered both doses of vaccine

Port Blair, July 20: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,84,260 doses of vaccine have been administered to beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above so far. Similarly, 23,631 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18 years.  25,435 beneficiaries in the age group of 12 to 14 years have been administered both doses of vaccine. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 41,290.

Port Blair, July 20: Eight positive cases have been detected today in A&N Islands, of which, 2 were from incoming flight passengers who arrived here yesterday. Today, 9 flights with 1164 passengers arrived, out of which, 1049 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 78 passengers and the reports are awaited.
